TRIMDON COLLIERY HOMING SOCIETY
has recently received a grant from the "Awards for All" part of the National Lottery to enable us to purchase new equipment and upgrade our Headquarters.
This grant of £4,110 and a more recent one from County Durham Foundation of £1,975 has enabled us to purchase a further 7 timing clocks and has transformed our club dramatically.
The club has been in existence for over 50 years and currently has a membership of 28.
New members for the new season are welcome and we are trying to encourage the young people and those of the ethnic minority to join this popular sport, together with all members of the community .
